What did you do when it broke?

i went to create and uploaded a file.
it went to processing infinitely. Nothing happend after that.
Even have check no call coming for embedding etc.
I am using react UI which is on latest.

How did it break?

it creates notbook but upload of any thing like text file, pdf etc. or url always stuck on processing.
