Problem

Currently the secret manager is enabled by default:

However it may not be clear to users what the secrets manager is, and what it does. Especially since it has no visual component at the moment.

Proposed Solution

Maybe the simplest would be to add a small ℹ️ icon next to the toggle, that would explain what the secrets manager does.

Also users may expect to see some kind of UI for "managing secrets". So maybe it could be worth having one, even if the secrets are disposed on page reload.
