Enhancement of community page hero section

We can make better looking of hero section of Community page. if we remove such a space near them and increase the size of the font as compare to profile icon.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to this page - Community
2. You can see the Community page where it contain lots of space and font size is too small as compare to profile icon.

Expected Behavior

• Text font size will big
• Image section need to big
• Remove the unnecessary margin
