I understand German and English. When I installed this app everything was in Chinese.
I later found out if I change the Android system language to English the app is shown in English.

I couldn't find the option to change the language, as everything was in Chinese. Maybe make this more obvious (e.g. add "language" next to the chinese word.
Also it would be good to use English as the default if the system language is non-chinese.
