Visors:

• Create and protect CRUD visors endpoints. Allow access to SuperAdmin or GroupAdmins user roles.
• Allow update endpoint to "Editor" user role
• Allow update endpoint only for OWN USER VISORS.
• Create getGroupVisors. Returns a array group visors.
• Create getPublicVisors. Return public visors.
• Create getMyVisors. Return your visors.
• Create deleteVisor endpoint.
• Refactor save visor. Attach the group or user owner.
