When creating #2553 I noticed a typo in graphics-aria which led me to notice that graphics-aria and graphics-aam have two conformance sections - one from the source and one generated by respec (which then includes the one from the source).

This in turn made me look at other specs which also have variations (and duplication) on RFC terms and normative/informative. (Only ARIA itself uses the override class to avoid the insertion of respec boilerplate.)

It would be nice to avoid duplication and increase consistency.
