Using: WSL 2

When attempting to build my dependencies for one of my apps the packages don't all build and instead just hangs. It does work if I use "--parallel" but then it doesn't respect build dependencies.

Expected Behavior

For it to complete all builds until the final app "@abuse-sleuth/web".
