Summary
Errr, no it isn't.
Also:
How does it arrive at the conclusion that I've already got 2.0.11 installed?

BUSYerror. So I closed some programs that might be using the file that it doesn't say is in use (?), reverted any changes in git, did anpm i -wsand at that point I should be back at where I started. But no. It now absolutely insists that I have Turbo 2.0.11 installed. So I need to know how it arrives at that conclusion. It's probably cached somewhere or whatever.
Deleting
.turbodid not help. Restarting the command prompt (thereby resetting any environment variables) also didn't help.Additional information
