Background

Yarn has catalogs now, just like pnpm.
Unfortunately, if you use them, turbo prune throws an error:

Proposal

Instead of throwing an error, turbo should consult the .yarnrc.yml for version numbers, just like how it currently consults pnpm-workspace.yaml.
