Goals

I would suggest the Community/development team to please add tailwind as a default styling library to Nest + Next Monorepo.

Background

Both of them are Gaint Frameworks and using them in a monorepo makes them the best production grade combo for me. Only issue being that in this monorepo tailwind is not preinstalled rather we have to install it manually.
