Filtering on both directory and git commit does not seem to work for me. Anyone has experienced the same? #2908

Even though all packages in the monorepo may have changed I only want the ones in a certain workspace folder.

I'm trying this command but it's listing all packages regardless of which workspace folder they live in the monorepo.

npx turbo run build --filter="...[HEAD^1]" --filter="./services/*" --dry-run=json;

Does anyone know what I can do to get the behaviour i want?
