Update vercel/kv with new upstash redis package

Can we update the upstash/redis dependency to access to the new features introduced by them? The current version doesn't have a function for `subscribe` which has been introduced in [v1.34.5](https://github.com/upstash/redis-js/releases/tag/v1.34.5) while the current version being used is  [v1.34.0](https://github.com/upstash/redis-js/releases/tag/v1.34.0)
