Environment:

• Player: Android 408
• CMS version: 4.3.1
• Internal Layout name: ea-26-30 (Actual Alert)

The emergency alert on Android 408 is not behaving as expected. And when the criteria is set to Actual Alert it never plays.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an emergency alert schedule.
2. Set Filter by Status as Actual
3. Publish the schedule.

Expected behaviour:

• The alert should play only from minute 26 to 30.
• The alert data should be visible in the layout editor when using Actual Alert type.

Observed behaviour:

• The alert plays from minute 28 to 48.
