The monthly calendar view is currently displaying all-day events even though the Exclude all day events? option is enabled in the Static Templates configuration.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Configure Static Templates (Monthly Calendar - Dark) with an iCal feed that includes both all-day and time-specific events
• In the Properties Panel, set the option to Exclude all day events?
• Save the Layout

Expected Results:
All-day events should be excluded from display in the Static Templates on the Layout.

Actual Results:
All-day events are still visible in the Monthly Calendar on the Layout.
