The old edge (used for HLS, Embedded Video, etc) has been deprecated and replaced with WebView2. Swap our implementation to suit.

It would be nice if we could replace cefsharp but we cannot yet do so due to Airspace issues with webview2 (it does not support sitting below other WPF controls).
