Player versions: R202 and R254

Issue: When a download end time set to 00:00, the player will think it is outside of its download window when it is not. For example, if you set the start time to 07:00 and the end time to 00:00, the player will not download required files if the current time is within the start and end times.

Notes: Possible workaround in this scenario would be to set the end time to 23:59 should stop this behaviour from happening.
