Started happening since:

• updated to Version: 0.30.1
• started using tm in a new worktree
• I'm using conductor.build to create/manage worktrees

The error only happens in my main branch. However task-master list does work in the worktree branch. Other commands like task-master tags work. mcp doesn't seem to be affected as far as i can tell.

My installation of tm is global.

The worktree is setup in the same dir as the main branch: main-project/.conductor/worktree
