I've reverted the change in https://github.com/egoist/tsup/releases/tag/v8.2.2 to avoid other potential breaking changes, we can add it back with some proper tests and better globby compatibility (ideally as a separate package instead of doing it in tsup) |

globbing code is a bit of a mess right now, i have a followup pr ready moving all this shared custom glob logic into its own function (and making it more robust)
