dotnet try demoAs port 5001 was being used on my machine, the application crashed as expected but it never returned the command prompt but was stuck at the line "Application is shutting down"

Application is shutting down...
Application is shutting down...I am using the using the following version of dotnet and dotnet try
dotnet -> 3.0.100-preview5-011568
dotnet-try -> 1.0.19266.1
There wasn't an option to pass the port as a command line option so I tried setting the ASPNETCORE_URL to a different port and try the same command .
SET ASPNETCORE_URLS=http://*:8091/
dotnet try demoThis time around the application ran but it opened up a window that was pointing to port 5000
