I created a Dokku plugin which offers similar functionality to the Heroku pipeline feature.

The idea is to build a Docker image once with Dokku and deploy it to various environments without a rebuild. e.g. promote an application from staging -> production

Do you think it would be useful to add it to the plugins page ?
