Branch usage for v0.x and numpy-based GluonNLP #1298
Description
As we are developing the numpy-based GluonNLP based on mxnet 2.0, we will switch to the following branch usage:
- v0.x: master branch for GluonNLP 0.x version maintenance
- master: numpy-based GluonNLP development
