I'd like to require my commits to go through the regular PR process where I can run CI against the new files. At a minimum I'd like to run flycheck against all changed code however I could also run performance profiling to ensure that I don't introduce a package that severely hinders startup.

Ideas for things to test

• Ensure vterm can issue a command
• Ensure cider can work
• Profile how long it takes to open emacs
