Bar LEDs are still locking up on 4.1.1 - there seems to be a slightly longer runtime than 4.1.0, but it's still an issue unfortunately.

As before, the Sensory Bridge still responds via USB, sweet spot LEDs are active, and a soft reboot works to bring activity back for a bit.
