Summary

When users send the bot an image through WhatsApp, the image is not downloaded or shown to agents during a live chat, nor shown while reviewing conversations in the dashboard.

How to Reproduce

1. Message bot on WhatsApp
2. Get transferred to an agent
3. In Botpress HITL, accept the chat
4. Send yourself an image and see the placeholder in Botpress HITL
