Hi Botpress team 👋

I’m exploring integrating Botpress with Freshdesk for live chat and ticket management use cases.

Before diving in, I wanted to ask:

1. Is there an official integration with Freshdesk already available or in the works?
2. If not, would the team be open to accepting a community-contributed integration module?
