Sublime Text Option does not show in the Dev Tools Window of Chrome Vs 100 like it does in the video for version 60 #8

When opening the dev tools in chrome and clicking the extension icon there is no option next to the "Styles | Computed | Layout ... " like there is in the demo video Also clicking the Icon does not open in sublime like it once did
