Currently, the e2e test framework is not versatile, and e2e tests for {Babylon, rollup, Cosmos} FPs have many duplicated code. It would be great to

• make the BaseTestManager more versatile
• make the initialisation of containerised Babylon node consistent
• clean up TestManager for {Babylon, rollup, Cosmos} FP e2e tests
