Issue triaging
- Triaged 120 issues. Attached
componentlabels. Closed 16 obsolete ones. Prioritized ~20 for fixit week.
Bug Fixes
- Investigated a regression caused by [PR] (Fix race condition when resolving performanceTiming.loadEventEnd amphtml#22812). Cherrypicked a revert PR to inabox canary.
