Is the A2A protocol permitted to define custom parameters (structured data beyond query) in the AgentCard that need to be passed to the Agent?

If permitted, in which specific field should these custom parameters be defined?
Question 3:
How should these custom parameters be passed in requests?
Should we use:
message.metadata?
DataPart?
Another dedicated field?
