This is a "to-do" that Mozilla will be shipping its WebGPU MVP for macOS in Fx145 on 11 Nov. A fully sandboxed GPU Isolation Process for macOS will be coming in Fx146 on 9 Dec.

The info in the README.md should be updated to reflect this after those dates.
