Use a downstream drone token from our bot #42
Description
Currently the Drone downstream plugin is using my personal Drone token, this should be replaced by a token generated with our bot account:
drone -t xxx -s https://drone.gitea.io secret update --repo go-gitea/theme --name downstream_token --value xxx
