I have completed the initial copy-paste of the Japanese Markdown file's content into the Git Cheat Sheet PDF layout.

The text areas were adjusted where possible for the length of the text, including the larger box in the トラッキングの制限 section. However, some text runs longer than the original design planned.

I can adapt the layout to fit the text if needed. However, is there a possibility to restructure and shorten the content of these sections? This is coming from someone unfamiliar with the language of 🗾. 😄
