Apologies if I just couldn't find it, but do you all have an API reference for the various CRDs? I was trying to find the default setting of progressDeadlineSeconds and it's not in kubectl explain.

Proposed solution

If it doesn't exist already, create a page on your website that lists out the schema for the custom resources including default values.
