We added a workaround to DevTools to prevent text fields from stealing focus: #9091

However, the filter bar in the Property Editor is still stealing focus, see: #8909 (comment)

As part of the fix, we should make sure that other text fields in DevTools are not also stealing focus for the same reason as the Property Editor filter bar.
