Testing use of GEOM. Specifically intersection between GEOM cylinder and rectangular OBST.

Created cylinder using two methods in Blender 4.4. FDS will run without error when GEOM cylinders do not intersect rectangular OBST but will cause program crash when either intersect the OBST.
