test the tps about the fabric 1.0 #2419

today i want to test the tps about the fabric ,before i use the PTE to test the fabric the tps is between 450 and 900,however when i use the fabric java sdk to test the tps,the tps is very low,i use the fabric java sdk to provide the restful interface,and then i use the siege tools to test my interface, the result is very low,so anyone can help me?
Describe How to Reproduce
precondition： i use the e2e to provide the fabric network
i follow the github https://github.com/dongmingh/v1performance that base on the fabric node sdk,
but when i use the fabric java sdk to test the tps ,compose with the node sdk, it's very low
