Describe the bug

Hello,

Since I've upraded Hummingbot to v2.10.0, it is unable to connect Gateway v2.10.0.
Certificates are still valid but I've generated new ones without improvement.
Downgrading the Hummingbot container version to v2.9.0 is a direct fix and it works with with former/new certificates.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Hummingbot v2.10.0: no connection to gateway v2.10.0
2. Revert to v2.9.0 and start hummingbot: connection successful.
