Description

Objective:
Develop a Orca DEX connector for Gateway v2.8. Depending on support, implement swap, AMM, and/or CLMM interfaces.
Follow the gateway 2.8 structure

Important: we're currently in the process of gateway update
v2.8 adds this Gateway refactor and makes the whole system LLM-friendly (eta early August)
Any new Gateway connectors should track the v2.8 changes. We will assign devs to bounties but don't expect them to commence work until v2.8 is released, given that it's still a work in progress

Notes:
Ensure support for the SOL Chain and other relevant chains.
Submit with complete implementation and test coverage.
