Feature Suggestion

Hi Hummingbot team,

I've just made this PR to build pandas-ta 0.4.26b conda package.

After nearly four years of 0.3.14b it is time to update to 0.4.26b latest (last?) freely available release.
0.3.14b is also bringing some deprecation warnings with recent Python releases.
This release is also NumPy 2 friendly!

Here are the dependencies :
- numba >=0.60.0
- numpy >=2.1.0
- pandas >=2.2.3
- python >=3.12
- setuptools >=75.7.0
- tqdm >=4.67.1
