Quick actions - Links for Deploy strategy, View performance and Backtesting does not work #256

Describe the bug
When checking the links on the Quick Actions panel on hummingbot dashboard main page, the links to navigate returns streamlit errors:
Steps to reproduce bug
- Setup hummingbot/deploy with ./setup.sh
- On the landing page, go to
Quck Actionsand click the links:
- Deploy Strategy ❌
- Vew Performance ❌
- Backtesting ❌
- Archive Bots ✅
