@mrlubos would you up to adding https://github.com/changesets/changesets to the project? They are a great tool for managing changesets and releases. Provided we add a NPM token to the repositories secrets.

I think it would be good to get back to updating the changelog (I can backtrack the current releases not included in it).

I can also setup changesets in the repository and CI if you would like.

Let me know your thoughts and I can implement this (or assign it to me). Also if possible could you add a NPM_TOKEN secret for use in actions (so that the release portion will work)
