Issue Summary

In dark mode, the "What's New" modal's footer background is in white, which renders the button text to merge with the background and therefore not visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Ghost admin, toggle on dark mode.
2. Click the "What's New" option in the profile settings list (screenshot).
3. Notice that the footer of the "What's New" modal has a white background, and the button text is not visible.
