No message when user can't be created after OpenID authentication #6

It seeems that there's a bug when sonar is behind a front-end (reverse-proxy, proxy, ...). The user is correctly authenticated by the OpenID provider but no user is created on sonar side. No session is created.
The problem is that no message is logged or displayed to understand the issue.
