Describe the bug

Now clicking on "create invoices" it shows that there are draft invioces but there are not draft invoice.
Is is caused because the attribute invisible is completely replaced instead of adding "or" .

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a delivery order from sale order
2. Click create invoice
3. It shows that there are draft invoices despite there aren't
