The LEAPP series by abrignoni, which includes RLEAPP ("archives" like Google Takeout files are of interest), WLEAPP (Windows), iLEAPP (iTunes backups), ALEAPP (requires an Android emulator or rooted Android), and a few others are basically projects which convert backups and dumps into readable content. Super easy to contribute to if you know a bit of Python, and these contributions are pretty valuable.
