What happened?

When there are two api_keys, deleting the KEY that was created later will delete all the KEYs.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

First, create an API_KEY. Then, create another API_KEY. Delete the latter API_KEY. After refreshing the page, all the API_KEYs are gone.
