After upgrading to pino-logflare@0.4.0, I have encountered fetch is not defined.
It has not occurred in previous versions, so I suspect that it is related to #10.

Since native fetch is only out of experimental state in Node.js 18+, should we specify the minimum Node.js version compatible with this package and/or provide polyfill for fetch?
