Autofill in schedule blocked time slots makes it impossible to update&close if reservable time slot contains 2 lines whith non reservable time in between.

To Reproduce**

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Web/admin/manage_schedules.php and make reservable time slot as follow:
   09:00 - 12:00
   13:00 - 16:00
2. Click on Autofill next to Blocked time slots
3. Try update button

Expected behavior**

The Autofill should give:
00:00 - 09:00
12:00 - 13:00
16:00 - 00:00
However the second line with 12:00 - 13:00 is not there. Updating the page is impossible.
