first the DIMSTYLE, only then the entity.
fixes the dimension api errors in GH #1137

tested ok by fixing the json manually

split the API_AD_ENTITY macro into 2 calls to add the dimstyle before the dim entity.
this also allows removing the API_UNADD_ENTITY hack
