automate the way we update importable package sample from imported sample in UnitySampleProject, when we update the imported sample files, importable sample files should also be updated.

• using a bash script to copy changes to importable sample folder
• using git actions in workflow or git hooks to add/stage or commit those changes on push or pre-commit
